Thursday, November 4, 2010 – At Sea

Today was just a lazy day at sea.  After breakfast I went to a computer class titled “Your Away-From-Home Movie”.  We learned how to turn cruise photos into an entertaining video.  Trisha is hired by Microsoft and the free program is on all ships.  Now I just have to remember it all.  She did download class notes and the Live program onto my camera card.  All of the computer classes were informative.

Today was our day for the Mariner Lunch, except it was at 11 a.m.  Jason and the cruise specialist said a few words.  It would have been nicer to have the lunch on embarkation day.  The food was good, as it has been all week.  After lunch there were more computer classes and an up-close magic show with James Cielen.  I finished my book I got out of the library, which is right next to the Crows Nest.  I also worked on my blog.

It was formal night tonight at dinner and I was so comfortable wearing my glitzy jacket.  My arms were cozy all night.

The show was 15 minutes late due to some problems with the stage, but it was another great show, “Dream Park”.  We then went right to the Queen’s Lounge for the Marriage Game Show which is a take-off of the Newlywed Game.  We always enjoy this activity.  You never know what the guests will say.  Right after that we went to the movies and saw “Grown Ups” with Adam Sandler, Kevin James, & Chris Rock.  It was very funny.
