Day 59, Tues., March 5, 3013 — At Sea

We started painting a Nautilus Shell in painting and then it was time to watch the King Neptune Ceremony at the Lido pool.  It was raining so they had to close the cover and getting there late, I was too short to see anything so I left.  At least those covered in slime and whatever did not have to sit in the sun, although it was hot and muggy.  I went downstairs and painted the Sydney Opera House.

We started Iris Folding in crafts and on my way back to the room I watched a woman working on a craft by the pool.  It was called Pergamano, a Dutch craft.  You trace a picture on a shiny parchment type paper and then punch holes in it.  I will have to look into it when I get home.  It was very delicate looking.  www.pergamano.com

It was formal night, with the King Neptune Under the Sea Ball.  They decorated the dining room with a fish theme and the waiters all wore fish hats.

After an elegant dinner we went to the Wajang Theatre to see the movie, “The Five-Year Engagement”.
