Day 113, Sun., April 28, 2013 — At Sea

Today is Captain Mercer’s birthday and he is now 6 years younger than I am.  Today was busy.  I painted a bookmark and made a card in crafts.  We had to place an order to spend our Grand Dollars.  There was an Indonesian lunch.  We did some packing and Bruce played the piano during his Palm Court Cabaret.    IMG_2929 (2)Some other staff members performed with him.  After dinner we were treated to 16 strings, 8 dancing feet and the 4 voices of “Graffiti Classics”.  We saw them before, and they are still amazing.  They dance and sing while playing their instruments, a bass, 2 violins, and a fiddle.

“It is good to have an end to journey towards; but it is the journey that matters in the end.”  Ursula K. Le Guin
